Nicknames? (I DONT WANT 20 CHARACTERS!)?

Question

Well, I've had my horse for over a year and a half. I was planning on changing her name when I got her, but it totally slipped my mine. But I HATE her name ( cause it sounds childish) , but its to late to change it. So, I was thinking about coming up with a nickname? But I'm not creative at ALL! So I need help!
Name: Buttercup

She is a TBxQH with a little Arab. She has a very hot temperament, but is very loving and sweet. She is 15.2 hands, almost 7, and competes in Hunters and dressage.

Do you want a name she will respond to or something you can just call her for fun?

If it is something she can respond to then I would suggest something very similar to her original name, or she won't respond. So maybe just shortening it to butter, or something that rhymes with buttercup like...Hiccup lol I could come up with some very funny names here...(I'll throw a stupid one out there which just made me lol when I thought of it, by no means use it! But I thought of "Cluster F**K"! lol! Please don't call her that though, it doesn't suit her ;))

i think butter would be really cute :) it sounds good to. my horses papers say maria denero but i usualy call her maria when she does something bad or im getting on to her about some thing. but if shes being a good girl i call her denero. her show name is denero.
