What are some fun things to do around the barn?

What can I do there with my horse and friend and her horse? It gets kinda boring when all i do is just ride, but its fun too. what games or things can i do there?

you could try: vaulting

bareback riding

doing bounces(multiple little jumps in a row)

obstacle courses

teach your horses how to bow or hug

make up quadrille patterns

try to name/label all of the horse body parts w/ tape on the horse

mini show

groom the horses like your getting ready for a show

act like jockeys (but be nice to your horses :) )

have a photo shoot w/ you and the horses

scavenger hunt

jumping bareback (of course with a helmet)

riding with your eyes closed at a walk and have your friend guide you

with their voice through an obstacle course telling you to turn or something

Its exciting to assist out with classes! Ask the instructor in case you could set up jumps, help little young babies or lead ponies in a leadline lesson(its great community provider too!) in case you have pals on the barn you could set up a crossrail course and do a "human beings" horseshow(sounds dumb yet wicked exciting!!). ultimately in the experience that your finding for money you could ask boarders in the event that they like there horses bathed, manes pulled or ridden and can charge like 5-20$$ consistent with job! desire this permits!!
